Well it has been a whirlwind ride for us. We remember toasting the great year ahead on the 7th of January and before you realize it, Easter is here.

We are just going to leave you with a few things that are really exciting us.
Have a look at this amazing layout from Matthew James Taylor. All we can do is stare at the source and giggle at it's insides. It's a wonderful 3 column em-sidebar percentage centre, aka the Holy Grail Layout (We didn't name it). For this layout to have equal height columns, fixed width sidebars and a percentage centre, with no CSS hacks, no javascript, no images and have a SEO friendly main content appear first in the source code, is nothing short of wizardry. We take our hats off to Matthew James Taylor and thank him for this layout.

We have had some restructuring of procedures at Mediasource Studios lately, and one of the products that has helped us lately is Redmine.
Our stipulations for an issue tracking and project management program was first and foremost, integration with SVN.
Now we aren't talking about checkouts and submits straight from Redmine. Just the ability to read the repository and for our employees to see who committed what and when. We are in the process of developing our own project management software using the superior Drupal framework, to suit our needs specifically, but we have to admit that if 100% is amazingly, fantastically happy with the product suiting our needs, we are sitting on about 83%. And that is something.

Lastly I would like to take the opportunity to announce a welcome addition to our team. As Co-founder of this company, it is always my primary objective to ensure the growth of Mediasource Studios, and this decision is possibly one of the best we have made. I would like to prematurely welcome an extremely talented Art Director to our team. She has about 15 years of experience behind her, is extremely artistic and has a thirst to create that is unrivaled. Above all she is an extremely appreciated friend and go-to-gal for all things creative.
Unfortunately we cannot disclose her name at the moment due to contracts and what nots. But no matter. This is an unofficial welcome Mediasource Studios and we hope everyone can see how excited we are. For now, a wink and a smile will have to do.
